Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any SIGNAL package, submitting an order, or using any service offered by iconic.express ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with a purchase. These terms apply to all transactions regardless of how the purchase was initiated — including online checkout, email order, or third-party platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

Our Services
SIGNAL by iconic.express provides digital amplification and audience growth services for TEDx speakers and thought leaders. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Multi-platform promotion of TEDx talk content
- Guaranteed view delivery across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Social proof development and audience growth campaigns
- Highlight reel creation and press-ready asset production (selected packages)
- Dedicated account management (selected packages)
- Custom campaign strategy and execution (EMPIRE package)
SIGNAL is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TED Conferences LLC or the TEDx program in any way. We do not modify, edit, or alter your talk.

The SIGNAL Guarantee
Every SIGNAL package comes with a guaranteed view count. This is not an estimate or a projection. It is a commitment.
Our Guarantee — Plain English
If we do not deliver the guaranteed number of views within your package delivery window, we will continue running your campaign at no additional cost to you until the guaranteed number is reached. You will never pay more than your package price to hit your guaranteed number.
The following conditions apply to the guarantee:
- Views are defined as unique content views tracked across the platforms included in your package, verified by our internal reporting dashboard
- The guarantee applies to the total view count across all platforms in your campaign — not per-platform breakdowns
- The Client must provide a valid, publicly accessible link to their TEDx talk when ordering
- The guarantee is void if the Client's content is removed, made private, or becomes inaccessible during the campaign period
- The guarantee is void if the Client interferes with, modifies, or requests changes to the campaign strategy after launch without written agreement from our team
- The EMPIRE package guarantee is defined by the custom view target agreed in writing prior to campaign commencement
We reserve the right to determine the platform mix and distribution strategy to deliver guaranteed views. Specific platform breakdowns are targets, not guarantees, unless agreed in writing.

Campaign launch occurs within 48 hours of receipt of your TEDx talk link and confirmation of payment. Delivery windows begin from the campaign launch date, not the purchase date.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines in cases of force majeure, platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases we will notify you promptly and provide a revised timeline.

Payment & Refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
Refund Policy:
- Before campaign launch: A full refund is available if requested in writing before your campaign has launched (within 48 hours of purchase)
- After campaign launch: Once your campaign is live, no refunds are issued. Instead, our guarantee applies -- we continue running your campaign until your view target is reached
- Partial campaigns: If you request cancellation after launch, no partial refund will be issued. Views delivered to that point are considered the service rendered
- EMPIRE package: Refund terms are agreed in writing as part of the custom engagement agreement prior to commencement
We believe our guarantee makes refunds unnecessary. If you have concerns about your campaign performance, please contact us directly at hello@iconic.express before requesting a refund.

Your Content
By submitting your TEDx talk link or any associated content to SIGNAL, you confirm that:
- You are the speaker featured in the talk or have full authorisation from the speaker to promote the content
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- The content complies with the terms of service of all platforms on which it will be promoted
- The content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- You have the right to grant us permission to share, distribute, and promote the content across digital platforms
You retain full ownership of your talk and performance as a speaker. We do not claim any ownership over your talk or associated materials. The TEDx format, brand, and intellectual property framework remain the sole property of TED Conferences LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you or us any rights over the TEDx name, format, or associated trademarks.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate a campaign if content is found to violate platform policies, community standards, or these terms.

Intellectual Property
All SIGNAL branding, website design, copy, systems, methodologies, and campaign strategies are the intellectual property of iconic.express and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any SIGNAL or iconic.express materials without prior written consent.
TED® and TEDx® are registered trademarks of TED Conferences LLC. SIGNAL by iconic.express is not affiliated with TED Conferences LLC. We make no claim to the TED or TEDx trademarks.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use SIGNAL services to promote content that:
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group
- Contains misinformation, fraudulent claims, or deliberately deceptive content
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction
- Is of an adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive nature
- Promotes illegal products, services, or activities
Violation of this clause will result in immediate campaign termination with no refund issued.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iconic.express and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a SIGNAL campaign shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant package.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, speaking bookings, media coverage, or follower growth beyond the view counts specified in your package. Results beyond guaranteed view delivery vary and are not warranted.
Platform availability, algorithm changes, and third-party policies are outside our control. In the event that a platform change materially affects delivery, we will work with you in good faith to find an appropriate resolution.

Privacy
We collect personal information including your name, email address, and content links solely for the purpose of delivering your campaign and communicating with you about it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By purchasing a SIGNAL package you consent to receiving campaign updates, performance reports, and service communications from iconic.express. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing hello@iconic.express.
We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable United States federal and Florida state privacy laws and principles.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any campaign immediately and without refund if:
- The Client provides false or misleading information at the time of purchase
- The content submitted violates our Prohibited Use clause
- The Client's talk is removed or made inaccessible on the source platform
- The Client acts in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward our team
The Client may request cancellation at any time. Post-launch cancellations do not qualify for refund as outlined in Section 05.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active campaigns, the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes via email.
